I have subscribed to timed nutrition for some time, and the most important is Protein and Creatine. While it is a good thing for hard trainees to have a rather continuous supply of amino acids in the blood stream, it is more critical to have them in a greater concentration during and immediately following a HIGH INTENSITY Weight Training Session.
