What is ROGUE HIT? (High Intensity Training)

As many who visit this board already know, HIT (High Intensity Training) is a type of Physical Training based on the element of INTENSITY.

While I am a big proponent of using INTENSITY as a training element, I find the current groups who promote this type of training to have lost track of what the element of INTENSITY is meant to do, and how it can effect a training stimulus and thus the result.

Over time I will offer definitions and building blocks to what I must call ROGUE HIT, since it will differ from what many think of and call HIT.

My system, training, guidelines, advice and definitions will be congruent, and more aligned to the Science of Training, that currently exists.
