What is TRI-VECTOR 3-D Training TRI-VECTOR 3-D training is a type of training where the trainee is able to use a force/load that allows them to train in all 3 planes of motion. Up/Down - Forward/Backward - Side to Side and any combination of these. There are many special and interesting methods to create the loads for these exercises, and some of the results are very useful for specific applications such as therapy and Sports Actions
