Notice the "kindler, gentler" (should I even say "more strict") final set

Came across Kroc (one STRONG DUDE ) doing what he calls KROC CURLS.


He is one of the Strongest Men in the World and does 18 (but with admittedly far better form)



Maybe I should call mine CASLER CURLS (no Power Rack ;D) I only do 15, but this is my first time doing these in about 5 years. (that is with an Olympic Bar and not an EZ Curl Bar)
