"Hi" to all you fellow "ROGUE-HIT"ers out there!
I have just signed up and become an official member, and am pumped!
I have had the good fortune of not only communicating with John Casler via email and phone over the past 16 months, but also working out with him at his home gym in LA. As many of you know John is a great guy, and with a vast wealth of training information. I feel very fortunate to have met him!
I have been lifting weights for 45 years (??), and training in a HIT style for the last 30. In September of "07 I decided to give The RH system a test drive. And I am still behind the wheel today...14 months later!
IMO this bodybuilding system is the best I've ever used, and I have tried just about all of them. After stagnating at 190 pounds for many years (before picture) I put on 5 pounds of muscle and increased my strength in all movements after a solid year of training exclusively in this fashion (after picture).
I just wish I had run into John 25 years ago when I was competing. But then, at 53 years of age, this is really when I need this system!
My long term goal is to get to a solid 200 pounds. At my age this may be unrealistic, but I think this system is the best shot I have.
