Well now that I have turned 60, I have a whole new set of Personal Records to set.
While it is hard to compete with some of the "strength and fitness" feats of my younger days, I can certainly chronicle the efforts to explore this side of middle age. (since 60 is about 1/2 way, I guess I can call it middle age)
So I'll begin listing some of them
