After a brief conversation with John, I've decided to incorporate Rogue HIT principles into my workout and diet scheme. I'm a big fan of negative-only training but upon digging deeper, I found that there could be benefit to adding higher rep work to my NO training. Here is how I'll incorporate Rogue HIT:
Sunday: Full Body NO training (5 second+ negative, shooting for 10 reps/exercise)
Wednesday: Rogue HIT using only 3 exercises (i.e. Leg press/Bench/Yates Row or Trap bar dead/dip/pulldown)
Friday: Higher rep bodyweight work (to fully deplete glycogen before my carb up)
Diet: Straight anabolic diet consisting of 5.5 days of high fat/protein, low carb and 36 hours of high carb/protein, low fat.
Goal: I'm visiting a lady friend in Ecuador in May and am looking to take the physique to the next level. Cheers! ;D

Looks like an interesting "implementation" of some of the Rogue HIT principles. Please post your progress. Now correct me if I am reading this wrong, but you will do Leg press/Bench/Yates Row 1 time every 2 weeks?, and then same with Trap bar dead/dip/pulldown? And in addition you will be doing a session of NO, and another "high reps" session? I think you might find that the Rogue HIT will offer good Glycogen depletion in its own right. but I'm wondering if the "high reps" session will de-train the CNS. How do you envision that "high reps" workout going, and at what load and intensity levels? Also how old are you? (if that's not too personal ;D )
