Thought it might be interesting to have a place to post Nutritional Regimens you follow and why.
I find it particularly interesting to see what supplements people take and why they take them, as well as the amount or dosage taken and when.
I will post mine soon.

Pre-exercise and sipped during exercise I try to consume:
*10 to 20 g Essential Amino acids - stimulate human skeletal muscle protein synthesis *5 grams of creatine - facilitates glycogen replenishment *30-50 grams of glucose / maltodextrin - maintain blood glucose, reduce cortisol levels, replenish glycogen stores
If I have the funds *400 mg Phosphatidylserine (heavy training) - reduce cortisol *2 g Acetyl-L-carnitine (ALC) *1000 mg glycerylphosphorylcholine (GPC) - increase hgh, promote lipolysis, increase anaerobic performance, concentration *100-150mg caffeine - stimulant, increase anaerobic performance
I found a really good manufacturer for the above supplements called Cheminutra (science based / good quality).
Other supplements include a multivitamin in the morning with krill oil, cod liver tablets.
