Hi All,
I have been working on developing an MS Excel Spreadsheet for my Rogue HIT trainees.
It does require that you understand a little about using Excel and I have not made all the functions automatic yet.
THIS IS A BETA VERSION and is currently e-mailable and free so I can get your feedback.
It is set up to be very flexible, but the primary design is a double progression system over 6 weeks.
That is, you add a rep each week, and then after adding five reps, you add weight.
The example will show you what I mean and feel free to call me with questions.
Ultimately I will probably offer this with my monitoring the training for a "fee", but for now, I work for free, and your help, in giving me feed back on the sheet.

This sheet, and its set up, and functions, remains the IP property of myself and BIOFORCE/SUMMIT, and can only be "shared" with others in its ORIGINAL form, (as sent to you) so save an original (before you make your changes and entries) if you intend to send it to a friend.
