Not sure you will answer this, however here goes.
I started trying super sets or giant sets the other day, these will be done on Biceps and Triceps twice per week, last night I did the following, and even thou its slightly lower sets and reps that I usually do, have a nice sore in my triceps, that hopefully that will get worst later on. Only rest between the exercises was walking to the next and a few deep breaths, one min. rest between the four sets.
Pulley triceps extension 1 x 12, Triceps pressdowns 1 x 12, Multi triceps 1 x 12, Reduced weight, triceps extension 1 x 12.
Repeated six times, = 24 sets.
Just wondering if you have a routines, thoughts or storeys on these kinds of routines.
