Hi BIOFORCE!
Just found your forum and looking forward to using your routine principles.
I'm 40 years old, been training off and on all of my life, still trying to put on thick size. I'm 6' and 200 lbs, rather lanky.
Due to my recovery and schedule, I need an upper/lower split that rotates every 3-4 days.
I was thinking of the following lifts:
Upper: Dips, Power Rows, Lateral Raises
Lower: Squats, Hyper-extensions, Calve Raise
My only question is adding some curls to the upper day - should I do the same 3-set protocol or just a couple of sets of standard reps.
