This is a presentation and program designed to offer an awareness of underlying elements for stength, flexibility, and CardioRespiratory conditioning of the person over 35 years of age.
This program includes elements of Anatomy, Biomechanics, Protective and Rehabilatative/Conditioning Exercises.
Focus is on:
*Assessment of present Fitness Level
*Dealing with Age Related Conditions (Osteoperosis, Sarcopenia, Arthritis, etc)
*Designing a Program
*Training Elements and how to integrate them
*Following through and sticking with a Program
This Presentation is offered on two levels:
1) To the general public
2) To Fitness Professionals and Trainers
