Here is a picture of the samples, with the "HEAVY DUTY, SUPER DUTY, and X-TRA STRETCH TUBE Model" cords and their Carabiners.
These also show the includee heavy webbed straps to attach the cords to dumbbells, Barbells, and just about anything else.
HERE ARE THE BANDS IN USE ON A BENCH PRESS BAR
Please excuse the setting of the photo, but I train "outside" year round, (which I love) and it doesn't make for "attractive" photos.
TRI-VECTOR Band System - EXTRA
I use "hex head" dumbbells as bases. this allows me to make adjustments quite easily if I want to "play" with angles (VECTORS) of force, or "multiple" bands at different VECTORS.
The Straps are quite strong webbing, and can also be used to hang the chains I have access to.
