Hi All.
Many times in our training we acheive great perfor mances that "fade" away because we failed to put them down. Oh sure we all know what our best 1RM Bench Press or Squat might be, but I think "EVERY" record or Personal Best is important.
This Board is the place to put yours.
You can put them down however you wish, but I might suggest the following format
