Attention any and all Rogue Hitters.
I have a new training Model based on the Rogue HIT training Model.
It is more focused on STRENGTH, and promises to to make you reach new Strength Levels.
It can be implemented alone, or periodized with Rogue Hit V1.
It will be called Rogue HIT HFV (High Force Version) and will be directed at harvesting the "Highest Potential Rep Forces" of each set.

I feel there needs to be an ability within the program to do 2 additional functions. Because of some of the feedback, I need to install a more available "recovery" mechanism for longer implementations, in the DF (dual factor) model. So I will be preparing some "stages" and simple phases or periods, that can be implemented to reduce over reaching plateaus and allow longer progress periods. Additionally, this program could be divided to address "strength oriented" (tension) and "hypertrophy" (fatigue) oriented goals. In its current combine, it is rather equal to those goals, but needs DF to allow the Hypertrophy to manifest.

I have never experienced strength gains before like I did on the "orginal Rogue HIT" program. Please update us soon! To BioForce: Saw some new pics of Lillian Mueller and her daughter in a magazine here in Norway! Looking GOOD:)

Think we're getting together on Tues maybe. The New Rogue HIT is more of an expansion to accomadate those who wish to focus on greater strength gains,(Max Tensions) or greater hypertrophy (Max Fatigue)

Update....? The new Rogue HIT program.. Yes, I didn't expect it to take so long to formulate (almost a year). I just have too many irons in the fire. But I am commited to at least getting the guidlines put to paper (computer screen)
