This system is more effective for Strength, Strength Endurance, Hypertrtophy, and Power, and is less, or not as effective, for skill related lifting. (Although some implementations can be quite good)

I’m struggling to envisage how you could use some of the principles of Rogue HIT Training with Olympic Lifting. Have members any ideas how to integrate Rogue HIT with Olympic Lifting?
Thanks in advance

Have members any ideas how to integrate Rogue HIT with Olympic Lifting? Thanks in advance Hi Jamie, Just saw this. I'm not sure if Rogue HIT could be as effective, or well adapted to the Olympic Lifts, since they are more often than not "skill" based strength actions and they seldom want to "fatigue" the muscle, to the point of "losing" the skill component. It might be adaptable to some of the supplemental actions, like squats, deads, or other.
