I was recently sent a sample of a product called Extreme NitrACE from I Force Nutrition.
While I have read negative reports or assessments of these types of products, and understand they offer a very small window of affect.
But to that affect.
What I felt with this small sample (and this is by no means a scientific evaluation) is that if I took it 30min before a workout, I achieved a much more satisfying "PUMP".
Now while that is not critical to results, the take home significance was that nothing else seemed to be changed to my ritual, and the increased pump, was the result.
Additionally, it seemed to last longer. That is, it was not gone in 15 minutes, but seemed to be present for an hour or so after the session.
Fluke?
Just a blood sugar happenstance?
Maybe more mental focus on reps causing greater occlusions or whatever, but it was something that seemed noticeable.
If anyone has noticed the same (or differing) response please post.

Not surprising you felt an enhanced "Pump" feeling as L-arginine improves blood-vessel relaxation and blood flow. It is used for individuals with erectile dysfunction and heart problems. It's cheaper than Viagra as well.

I also tried it last night before my HIIT Cardio, and recovery seemed better and it "seemed" like my start was stronger. Might have to explore this further

Hi Jamie, I take so many supplements that I can't say 100%, but it certainly seems to "prime the PUMP" so to speak. Over the years, I have noticed that in many workouts that "satisfying" pump was not quite as "satisfying", and the one that used to last for hours after the WO, was almost gone by the time I took my gloves off. If these supplements are taken 30mins before training (I think it you take them any longer than that the effect is diminished) the pump is back, and it lasts for at least an hour or so after training. But I might add that I also take " Leukic" and " VasoFuse" with the Nitrace 30 min out. Hi John I tried a product called neuropath designed by Tom Incledon which worked very well as a pre-workout booster. www.pureromonutrition.com/However, I think the company has evolved to nutrition 53 www.nutrition53.com/I want to try their sleep1 product but am awaiting feedback re shipping to the UK

Using nitric oxide supplements is one of the fastest, easiest, and most effective ways if you want to see massive gains of lean muscle mass at the gym. With little to no side effects and numerous benefits to your bodybuilding routine and overall health, it’s clear to see why nitric oxide supplements have become more popular year after year.
