Hi John,
Not sure you will answer this, however, I had a full 10 days of Christmas time, as was ill in bed with a very bad doss of the flu, since since 30/12/10 training is just going up and up, and have increased all lifts “each” and “every” workout, strength and mental progress fine, I feel great all round, I worked out from, 12/2/11 to 21/5/11, that my strength has just gone up and up, that’s not a problem at all, and I have gained 5.2 pounds of muscle and 2.1 pounds of fat. Not bad at all for three months, well to be honest I am over the Moon, that’s after training from about nine and now being 50 now. And the funny thing is, I started diet, or eating less about that many months ago. Doing about 160/180 {60 for calf’s} sets per week.
HOWEVER, do you think it would benefit my muscle building, to take a full week of all upper body ??? Only interested in size now, but you have to have both, so really speaking I have to be interested in both.

Hope you your family and close friends are well, ho, me and D. are still debating on BB.com ROL, but I am learning so much, as doing research on the internet sidetracks me on to learning many things. Thank you for your time if you decide to answer.
