Here is a video link www.uwlax.edu/strengthcenter/videos/exercisevideos/band%20hip%20flexor.mp\g HOWEVER, John also made the following comments regarding the above clip: ""The differences are: 1) I use a lat machine so I can add load progressively 2) I secure my feet because eventually the load will pull you off the ground 3) I use Aborigional type Straps to place my elbows in for the comfortable ability to use larger loads. These are attached to the Lat Machine cable www.aborigionals.com/4) I have the load (in the straps) out on the elbows (to activate the lats and traps as stabilizers) 5) I lean forward a bit more to create more load to the anterior chain and abs"" ---- Slight off topic, but have any of the members ever performed standing lat pull downs?

I have e-mailed you some pics in a WORD document, that should show you what it is. Do be aware, that it will feel VERY AWKWARD to start, and you may feel it in strange areas, since it a totally different exercise that you are likely used to.

The video shows the exercise how I did it today in the gym and it didn't feel right! The pics Mr. Casler sent me doesn't look like the exercise in the video. Thanks for the video and explanation!

This is not a good quality video as it is just a casual Workout Clip, but it will give you an idea:
