Hi everyone, just viewed this site for the first time and it looks excellent, lots to catch up on. I am familiar with John's writing on another forum and have come to admire his thoughtful and informative posts as well as his patience, he takes a fair bit of abuse from time to time. Regards.

John, i have recently tried some of your training ideas with some pretty amazing results. I was particularly interested in the idea of force/tension being the primary growth stimulation. I had for years believed that fatigue/inroad was the main stimulus. I have gained a solid half inch on my upper arms in 4 weeks as a result, new size i might add.
