This poor fellow is a deluded Kook. He seems to mention Sarno who has written a book telling everyone that LBP is all in their heads. Of course there are disc pathologies that don't cause pain because they don't impact the nerve root. But when one does, the "spasm" this fellow speaks of is a symptom and not the cause. Almost all disc bulges and protrusions will recede given time if they are not re-injured. That is why it takes 4-8 weeks for most people to fell normal again. This fellow also is not addressing the "cause" of the LBP, but just treating a symptom. I have found if you don't recondition the TSM (Torso Stabilization Mechanism) then you will likely injure and re-injure over and over, until you learn what is caousing the injury and change it. It is cause and effect. If one doesn't want the effect, then repair or stop the cause.
