The GEEZER SESSIONS Well Jeff Pinter and I fianlly got a chance to get our Geezer Groove on and HIT up a Chest and Back session. I gotta tell you this Jeff has SOME ARMS!!! Reminds me of the Larry Scott Arm. Also a very strong Bencher (Kicked my butt) I was able to jump back into the Pulldowns (since I switched to chins a month ago, I thought I might have lost the "edge") and hit 260 x 20, 3oo x 16, and 330 x 10 (not sure why I didn't get the 330 on video Also set a new PR in the cross bench DB pullover to the tune of 100# x 28 reps, with the last 8 reps Dead Stopping each. And we both set new PR's int the DB Row. I just picked up a new OLYMPIC DB that allows me to load Olympic plates so jumped to 115# and did 17 reps. Jeff blew me away with 20 reps (maybe I can say I was tired from the Pullover Record or something) We shot a little video, but not very good but at least it is on YouTube. And here is the Pullover PR.

The whole session looked like this:
JAC my reps and weights (Jeff's that I remember)
BP = 135 x 20ish (Jeff = 185 x 26) PD = 200 x 15ish (Jeff 240 x 27)
BP = 215 x 15 (Jeff 215 x 17) PD = 260 x 20 (Jeff 270? x 15)
BP = 255 x 7 (Jeff 255 x 8) PD = 300 x 16 (Jeff 300 x 8)
BP = 275 x 4 PD = 330 x 10
Db Pullover = 100 x 28
Spyders = 60 x 20 (it is a special x-over cable Flye exercise)
Db Rows = 115# x 17 (Jeff 115 x 20)
