I forgot I had this.
Pretty strange to see me with all that HAIR!!!!
and it is not grey ;D
This is my home GYM I had in Playa Del Rey, on the beach.
Still have most of that equipment.
I think this was "before" my cycling crash that gave me a 3rd degree shoulder separation (Ouch!!
) and blew a couple years of progress trying to rehab the shoulder.
