We Silver Backs (Over 40 Trainees) have some very important changes to consider. They are going to happen as age related changes to our bodies. Half of the battle of employing Positive Aging Strategies is becoming aware of these changes so we can adjust our life, and elements like nutrition and training to reduce their negative effects.
